LOGON

Log on to DBTELL by typing the following on the TSO screen:


This displays the first DBTELL panel:


Choose 1 and the following screen appears:


Type in the USERID and SYS and then fill in the rest of the information, such as the optional log file where you want DBTELL output to be written:


Now the SQL you execute is displayed second-by-second on the terminal and/or written to a log. This includes SQL being executed in a program and with SPUFI. When you want to stop monitoring, logon again with TSO DBTELL, and change the STOP from N to Y.
